I have bought from Borough Kitchen a few times and was always happy with the quality of the items received except for one, which is why it’s receiving three stars as oppose to five. I received a cast iron bread pan bought from the above for a Christmas present. The first time ( and only time) I used it the loaf came out of the pan with the bottom black. It was pretty disgusting and inedible. When I tried to wash the pan a black rusty sludge came off the bottom. I had sprinkled flour inside the pan and I am not sure what happened during the baking process but I can’t use this pan again. The French storage jars are lovely although one of the lids was not as tight fitting as it should have been.My son was supposed to have got in touch with you but didn’t. It’s a real shame as it’s a good size but can’t be used. Would you like me to send it to you so that you could examine it? Do let me know. Thank you.

Best kitchen brand in UK
My absolute favourite kitchen brand in the UK. Staff spend an inordinate amount of time with you sharing their expansive wealth of knowledge as well as answering all your questions. The product range is the best I've seen anywhere. And the interior of every store is an absolutely beautiful place to be. My favourite branch is Battersea Power Station and my favourite staff members as a special mention for their exemplary service are Ryan and Althea. Thank you all for your help purchasing the right products all of which in love with!

Package sent to wrong address
The purchase was made almost ten days ago and I am still waiting to receive it. According to the shipping company, my package was sent to a completely different address than the one provided during the purchase (another country). I await an explanation from the company.

The shipping method selected was standard tracking, which is 5-9 business days, you placed your order on 21st April so it is still within the delivery time frame.

Excellent customer service and delivery. I placed an order well past the cut-off for next day delivery, and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived the next business day.
I also had contact with their team to ask some questions before I placed my order and found them to be very friendly and helpful.

Poor experience
Poor experience. Tried ordering on web from computer and from phone. One didn’t work. The one that did work did not allow a gift message and customer service was poor, 1 on scale of 10. My gift was sent with no message.
