Poor experience. Tried ordering on web from computer and from phone. One didn’t work. The one that did work did not allow a gift message and customer service was poor, 1 on scale of 10. My gift was sent with no message.

Arrived in very good time and easy to place the order.
The tea towels are very beautiful and well made.

Great product (Lodge cast iron skillets) delivered reasonably quickly but poorly packaged as the packing was badly damaged which resulted in the skillet handles being slightly rusty. The package was left by the courier saying it had been signed for when in fact it was just left with no signature.
Didn’t send back but had to polish out the rust. Fortunately as the item was cast iron it was not physically defective other than the surface.
Once I had rectified the rust the skillets were excellent.

Easy buying process delivered on time. Just how online buying should be.

I ordered some pots and unfortunately some had some defects which can happen. I contacted customer services and spoke to a lovely girl called Eba (yes you can actually communicate via telephone and speak to a real person which is great). I spoke to Eba on Saturday at approximately 2pm and a replacement was sent that day and I received them the next day! Now that is what I call first class customer service. The replacement pots were perfect and I have since ordered more from this company. I would highly recommend this company and I will be ordering again from them in the very near future. Thank you Eba for all your help and outstanding customer service.

Very helpful and was given good advice.

The cooking class, my son and I took for Chinese dumplings bao was excellent. Al is an amazing instructor and the class was fun informative and most of all delicious. I would recommend this to anyone who has an interest in cooking. We’ve recreated the dumplings at home to great success. We will be signing up for another class soon, thank you bureau kitchen and Al.

I recently purchased two wooden spoons from Borough Kitchen and had a great experience. Their website was easy to navigate, making it simple to find exactly what I needed. Once the order was placed, it arrived quickly and was well packaged. The quality of the wooden spoons is very good, sturdy, well finished, and exactly as described. I’d happily order from Borough Kitchen again.

Simple and fast click and collect process to buy some lovely little ramekins for puddings.

Very prompt service from start to finish. The pan came boxed very securely. As it was bought for a present I cannot comment on the pan itself and how well it works until after June when I give it as a gift.

Great evening at Battersea branch of Borough Kitchen. My husband and I very much enjoyed learning how to make pasta dough and turn it into ravioli, tagliatelle and tortellini. The fillings were already prepared for us to enhance and season. Cissy (?) was a great teacher, very patient and communicative. The food was delicious; the sage and brown butter sauce was lovely and so pleased we now know how to make this. Thank you for a memorable evening. Anna

Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Everyone made sure I was being helped. When they understood that I didn't have damascus knife money they worked with me to find a very good set of knives, which they let me try out. That helped me decide what type of blades I should get. The staff was very knowledgeable about their products. Also, it was a beautiful store.

The chef was great and did a fantastic job teaching us how to make ravioli and tortelloni as well as two lovely sauces. Learned a lot from her, would recommend.

The knife skills course was absolutely brilliant. Al and Tabs were fantastic hosts, very warm and welcoming. Al imparted the perfect about of knowledge, not too much that it was overwhelming but enough that I’ve come away having learnt some practical, everyday skills. Would highly recommend (as a couple or solo, of which I was the latter).

I have used Borough Kitchen to purchase Thomas Rosenthal items, to replenish items I have broken, on three occasions. The price is good and the items have been sent out quickly after being ordered, and have arrived well packaged. No complaints, great service
