I chartered a sailboat through this platform and I’m very satisfied with the service. Finding a suitable boat was initially challenging since we had a specific timeframe for our booking. However, with the support of the friendly and helpful holiday planner Andreas, we found the perfect sailboat. The entire booking process went smoothly and the boat met all our expectations even if we didn’t have much choice there.
But it would be also easier for us if we could only see the boats that are actually bookable in our specific timeframe and not that we hear later that this boat is not bookable at all.

Andreas could not have been more helpful in finding us some really good boat options. It was a relief for us to find such a timely and thorough service tuned directly to our needs, and friendly with it.

We were told we could board the boat between 3-4pm, delays meant that we didn't get under way until 7pm on the 1st day which meant sailing in rough seas in the dark - not enjoyable.
This is 3rd time we have hired a lagoon 450 & this one was a bit tired.
There was very rarely any hot water for showers (apparently there was something wrong with the water heater).
The gangplank handrail was missing & the remote control was broken.
The kettle handle was broken & dangerous to use. There was no sticky matting in the cupboards to stop the glasses from toppling over (4 of them broke) We found the matting later & fitted it ourselves.
The deal was to have a Kayak on board, but we had a SUP.
Some of the beds didn't have the top covering.

Eray was very responsive and helpful in finding an appropriate charter yacht for me and my family. I appreciate his efforts to make the process go smoothly.

Straight away from the start I was put in contact with an advisor, Damien Lombardi-Balnaves, who asked all the right questions and set out a list of options to look through. He was extremely useful and knowledgeable around each query put to him and responded swiftly each time, his input and help made the whole experience very easy and efficient. With every change he would suggest new boats or locations that fit my criteria and offered insight which I would not have had on my own. Once we had narrowed down my options he continued to make sure we had all the information we could need, even offering to liaise with the group to make the process even easier for me. After finding the boat which fit perfectly he then continued to respond to every small request and contacted the charter company to get confirmation without needing to be asked. His initiative and support throughout made a huge difference and I cannot express my gratitude enough

Great experience with Tom, who was incredibly helpful and efficient in finding us the right charter and making the whole process very easy. Tom's communication was great and he made all the changes we asked for very quickly. We went on to have a great experience - would definitely use borrowaboat again!

Damien was super responsive in getting me answers to my questions and helping us pick out a boat. Looking forward to the trip!

Our yacht trip was absolutely fantastic. A very relaxing trip. The yacht was so beautiful and spacious. Special thanks to Captain. Everything was great and accommodating!

Andreas gave me 5 star service. Communication was amazing. He gave me several options and it was easy to find the one most suitable with him. I’ve often rented Catamarans on holidays all over the world. This was the best service to date. I will 100% use them again and highly recommend them to anyone and I will do that personally going forward.
