My experience was made great by the professional and personable skills that Phil showed to me in the first instance that made me return and purchase ANOTHER product from Borshch. He is an valuable asset to the company. I did have a very bad experience with the installation process. The individual that turned up took offence to me asking him yo remove or cover his shoes. This made him huff and puff, drop his tool box, walj out of my premises leaving my front door wide open. He then complained about me smoking without opening my windows ( which were open). He then told me he couldn't install my cooker because a bridge was missing. I informed him that this cooker was installed by Borshch ( 8 years ago). He then informed me to get a refund for the install and contact my housing association. Then came out within an hour and fitted my cooker for me no charge. I informed Phil that my experience with him overrides, the unprofessional experience I received from the fitter. This is my 5th large purchase overall with Borshch and I would still recommend their products and services especially Phil. It would have been 5 stars if not for the inconvenience caused. The person whom fitted my cooker said the fitter from Borshch didn't want to fit the product and he could have.

Aaron and jack were brilliant today at installing my new washing machine. They were really helpful, polite and friendly, would definitely recommend and appreciate all their help in taking the old one away and getting some washing out that was stuck in the old machine! Borshch Electricals have been excellent. From help and advice choosing the actual washing machine in the shop. Booking delivery and fitting and removal of washing machine.
Andy and Simon were excellent and extremely careful , they fitted the washing machine exactly where I wanted it and solved a couple of other problems with the connection and drainage. They went Above and beyond to make sure it was fitted properly . Both Andy and Simon were very polite and considerate I would highly recommend them they are a credit to your company. Definitely employees of the month. Thank you so much.

We have purchased items from the Erdington branch before staff now & have always been great however, this time they excelled themselves not only was the purchase of the American style fridge freezer amazing, delivery was exceptional as usual.
when we took the plastic taken off there was a scratch down the front of the fridge door as it was purchased as new not from shop stock I called explained, they immediately contacted Hisense arranged for delivery of new door & one of Hisenses engineers to come replace old door with received new one, they then also picked up old damaged door that was left behind by Hisense's engineer, amazing, fantastic this why I always go back to them & recommend them to everyone I know
