I am so sorry that the box was destroyed. Unfortunately we use a third party carrier to deliver our products and cannot control how they treat the product. I have however, filed a complaint with the carrier and we are looking at changing this service if this does not improve. I ordered 2 belts
I ordered 2 belts. One the buckle was not completely sewed closed therefore belt was unusable. 2nd belt I ordered a size 40 ( all (7) of my old Bosca belts are 36-38) the belt like 2 inches meeting end to end. This is 2nd time this has happened on the belt being sized wrong. The last order I gave as a present instead of returning.

Great Products / Underwhelming Customer Service
The products are 5-Star. Sadly, customer service is not. In January 2019, wrote a letter asking if a product would be located. To date (May 2019), I have not received a response. Also, I had to return a product and it took a month for the refund to be credited to my credit card. I had a Bosca wallet for 20 years which I loved. It was stolen and I tried to replace it. Customer service was disappointing. I now carry a Coach wallet.
