FRAUD

FRAUD, one star is still too much. We bought several systems with a SoundTouch adapter that cost a lot extra, and then like a bunch of beginners they stop supporting the SoundTouch Cloud. As a professional, you would expect them to offer a solution, something to replace this. I can live with the fact that there won't be any updates, but from one day to the next, no radio is possible anymore, and there you are with your expensive Bose system. WORTHLESS COMPANY. I'd rather have Chinese junk; that's what you expect from them.

Is bose doing programmed obsolescence?

I am a big consumer of bose products i have had qc headsets, sport earbuds qc free earbuds, sounddock and several others. I currently have two pairs of earbuds that stopped working. I have followed all support instructions but no success. The soudnsport free wireless earbuds stopped working in the left pod and the new bose quietcomfort earbuds are blinking white and red and cannot be reset, paired or connected. It does very much feel like programmed obsolescence and is convincing me to stop trusting this brand that i used to love. Furthermore there is no possibility to reach technical support as everything is self-support based.
