I had a very positive initial experience with the sales team; the staff member was helpful, offered a good deal, and the delivery was perfectly on time. However, the experience went downhill from there.

The delivery team entered my home with muddy boots, walking dirt all the way up my stairs and into the bedroom.
My carpets now require professional cleaning due to this negligence.

When I returned to the shop to address this, the customer service was dismissive. No one stood up to greet me or offered a sincere apology; I was simply handed an email address and told it could take up to two weeks for a response.

It is disappointing that a good sale was ruined by a total lack of respect for my property and poor complaint handling.

Excruciating mattress never again.

Don't buy anything from this conman. Mattresses' look brilliant but absolute garbage after a few months. If you want a good nights sleep you are better on a park bench. All patter and great fun when buying - been trying to get a refund for nearly a year now and its silence on phone and email from the scumbags. You'll regret it so trust me, buys from one of the big manufacturers and save yourself the hassle.

ordered a mattress on 23/10/22 never delivered, was promised a refund but has never happened. Thomas skinner is a scam artist talks all the crap on Instagram but is ripping of hardworking folk!! he has £499.00 of my money and is just ignoring messages and calls. cannot get through to bosh beds absolute joke of a guy! Bosh Beds are scammers

Bought 2 Henry single mattresses, top of their range in March this year, by August they had sagged in the middle and totally unuseable, uncomfortable and unsightly. Emails to Tom go unanswered, managed to get him on the telephone and he said he would arrange 2 new beds to be delivered as they were under guarantee that was 5 weeks ago, since then no one answers the phone only answer machine. PEASE DONT BUY FORM THIS MOB AS THEY ARE FRAUDS

Believe the reviews!!! We’re all saying the same thing. My experience is….

- they delivered a mattress to my Mum worth HALF of what she ordered. Took a week to get the refund for an 80yr old lady, but at least we got it in the end

- I ordered a Headboard to be delivered on 2 Sept. It didn’t arrive along with the bed, apparently damaged and a new one would arrive on 5th. By 19th, and various excuses later, I requested a refund and was promised it wouldn’t take as long as my mums did. Two months later - still no refund for a headboard I never received (despite promises it would happen, followed by ignoring all other attempts at communication).

The matter is now with the courts.

PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Bed is SHOCKING quality, really get what you pay for. Raised an issue with someone in the office who has since left. Was promised by Tom the owner that he will sort it personally and 9!!! Months later I’m still no closer to getting a replacement which I was told they had ordered. The bed didn't even last 6 months. To be honest, I just want my money back and not another poor quality mattress.
Can’t be beaten on price but definitely beaten on quality.

Still not received item after 4 weeks, 5 attempts at contacting them, still nothing

Would be zero stars…..ordered garden furniture from Lakeside outlet on 7th August 2022, paid cash told be delivered in 2 weeks…..nothing, have made repeated phone calls to be told will ring you back, nothing!
Came back to Lakeside today (25th Sept ), to confront them and guess what, the outlet has gone….well what a surprise!
You have entered into a contract by taking money so honour it! Or perhaps you don’t understand the law of contracts!
Absolute shambles of a company….avoid at all costs!!

Not good. Ordered the headboard weeks ago & not received any correspondence to say when it’s arriving. Quick enough taking my money but not heard a thing. I’m moving house this week & need it! I’ve sent an email asking where it is etc & no reply. Terrible service sadly. Order no. 2439. Please can I have some information when it’s being delivered.

Do not use this company, they will fail to deliver your goods than refuse to give your money back . Skinner is a fraud , do not deal with him!.

I had a wonderful young lady help me order my mattress and it arrived just over a week later. Very happy with my mattress and customer service. Thank you.

Brought pillows and bedding off him that wasn’t fit for purpose. Thrown out better!

All he is good for is robbing people of their hard earned money.

I exposed him on instagram for him to block me but I won’t give up because not everyone can afford to loose money.

He’s a tramp that robs your hard earn money and he should be ashamed being a tv personality, if that’s what you call the low life! I bet he’d scream like a stuffed pig, if it was done to him!!

Excellent product for the price. Really pleased with the matress i bought. Brilliant customer service and really pleased with delivery time. Would highly recommend.

Best pillows I've ever brought !!!!! So comfortable, fast delivery and great customer service!!

The bed and deal was brilliant and even had a chat with Mr Bosh. Only slight downside was the issues I had trying to get an answer re my delivery to Cornwall, again Mr Bosh stepped in and sorted it.
Just be honest with customers as I was told 2 different stories
