Don't buy from ANY related company

Don't buy from ANY company that this director sets up, they are all a scam and a shambles.

Bosk is a subsidiary company of Moonalabs, which owe its customers thousands of pounds after providing faulty, inaccurate and unsafe garden offices.

Since that project hasn't gone according to plan, and has resulted in court claims, their director has decided to try shift his focus to Bosk, selling indoor office 'pods' which will no doubt also fall apart.

I have had multiple customers reach out to me with similar stories, unfinished offices and endless false promises from its director, these people are yet to post their reviews in the hope that their offices will be finished.

Even his staff have said "he needs to be stopped", and right they are. Their director will continue to run away from everything, owing contractors thousands of pounds and leaving customers, like me, who have paid £13,000+ for garden rooms that have been sold as 'luxury', with rooms they cannot use as they are simply unsafe. Mine is currently collecting water due to a flat roof, leaking, with blown 'double glazing', which multiple glazers have described as "the worst they have ever seen", peeling 'teak', and the worst finish even a blind man could beat.

If you would like to see photos, feel free to find me on social media, as others have done. I honestly feel sorry for anyone that gives these companies a penny of their money. If I could give minus stars for this company, and any company this director 'runs', I would.

Moonalabs have also now 'closed' their Trustpilot to try and avoid more negative reviews, using this page to try and appear as Moonalabs. There are plenty of negative reviews online if you simply search for 'Moonalabs reviews' online. I am now going to court with Moonalabs in March 2024.
