I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Staff and doc very knowledgeable and attentive....excellent results...BE PATIENT with the post op...IT DOES take a good year....results much sooner but final results in the 12-13 month window...with noticeable results/improvement up through the end.

Everyone has been very professional and helpful. I have been pleased with my experience.

I was thinning out on the top of my head; now I'm not self conscious about my hairline anymore. very satisfied with my results so far.

Our staff was helpful and knowledgable. Our doctor actually went above and beyond with our experience. We had an after hours emergency and we called her up on her cell. She came into the clinic to help us at 11pm at night!! She was super helpful and very nice.

I have to say that it was one of the most pleasurable and wonderful experiences I've ever had when it came to a medical procedure. The staff is friendly and professional. The procedure went flawlessly. All in all I had a really great experience. I had the procedure done because I am a veteran of the Iraq War and have obtained some scars due to some incidences while over there. The doc was understanding and showed me a wonderful way to cover up those scars and make me look like I have a full head of hair again. I'm on my second procedure the first one went perfectly so I'm very very optimistic on the second procedure all in all I've had 2007 folical transplanted. Keep it up Bosley.

I have no hair left on the top and a huge scar from ear to ear. I don't go out without a hat on. I look 20 years older than I am. People constantly ask why I don't shave my head. They lied and charged 11,500 dollars to make me not want to live anymore. Do not get a hair transplant!!!!

Dr. Epstein and staff were the consummate professionals and fantastically courteous. The care provided was impeccable!

The Bosley team of technicians were absolutely fantastic. I have never been treated so well. These people were kind and very caring at all times. I would highly recommend this treatment to anyone. I was very comfortable through the whole procedure. They were very thorough in explaining everything I needed to know during the procedure and for after care. They called the next day to see how I was doing. They really do take good care of their clients.

Now let cards about me and made sure my experience was comfortable and fruitful. They carefully and thorougly explained the process. The results are awesome.

GREAT RESULTS!!!!

As a woman in my 20's I was very self conscious about my hair. After putting my hair in numerous styles that damaged it, the hair on my temples and sides refused to grow. I was restricted to they type of styles I could have and it was starting to wear on me. After making this life changing decision, I now have hair in the places that were bare. I am so happy that I went to Bosley!

No need to go any place else.. I had a previous procedure through someone else . Bosley is a much better experience .

Experience was great, Dr.Peters and staff did a great job I felt comfortable through it all; and the Advisor/Counselor Ali Afsharpour in Rochester NY did a great job as well even after the procedure answering questions via emails, thank you everyone for your services ! look forward to seeing everyone in November 2016

The doctor and staff were so amazing. Love how the call to check up on me to see how I'm doing. And if any time I need any questions answered they're sure their to help me out. Definitely going back to get more work done.

A simple procedure made easier by the office staff an Dr Phipps. Would highly recommend to anyone considering hair restoration!
