Bought couple chairs via Amazon.
The chairs have been satisfactory although they are not on par with lazy boy in quality I knew this before purchase.As I said chairs have been on par for my 76 year old wife.
Several weeks ago our new puppy managed to chew one of our remote controllers and as a result wife cannot get her chair out of recline position.
I emailed three times the company with model number 1386-2LM asking for a replacement controller part "Y"
The emails were sent around April 1st...NO REPLIES!
Very poor customer service. I managed to solder and splice the wires so wife can use her chair.
I CANNOT recommend Bosmiller to any relatives or friends.Will contact Amazon with details.

bought swivel rocker recliner thru Amazon and wanted a refund due to chair tipping over twice while my 85 year old father was sleeping in it. Sent pics to them as requested but chair was brand new as I got it for him since he was visiting over holidays. Asked to return it but no one replied after I needed a box to return it and also found out that I was responsible for shipping it back. You can come and get this piece of junk chair and refund my money since noone will be using it and lucky he did not get hurt in this poorly built chair. Its on a circle swivel and does not support anyone in a reclining position. Its a disaster waiting to happen. Do better!

this chair is not the best armrest should lock in place better footrest not easy to let down can pop up when i thought it was closed
massager is very loud it just not a good by how i return the chair

Beautiful chair. Somewhat easy assembly. Have not used massage or heat because I don't need it. My problem is the foot assembly will not lock into place to get up. Takes 4 or 5 times to get it to lock. Bought 2 from Amazon. Very disappointing.

Very comfortable chair. Good price. Easy assembly. Well packaged. Fast delivery.

I had purchased a rocker recliner from Bosmiller. I had received it very quickly and assembled it fairly easily. After I put it together, there was an issue with the foot rest. I contacted the company and got the issue solved very quickly. The communication was great and I would not hesitate to buy another product from them in the future.

August 9, 2024 started trying to get replacement parts for the bad ones for the chair that I received
September 4, 2024 sent the information for the first time Bosmiller requested order number and transaction number
September 24, 2024 wrote my first review on Trustpilot
September 25,2024 BOSMILLER responded ... SEEMS TO BE A BAD EXPERIENCE ... NEED MORE INFORMATION ... ORDER NUMBER AND TRANSATION NUMBER
September 26,2024 sent the information they requested for the second time order number and transaction number
October 7,2024 sent a E-mail because I have not heard a word from BOSMILLER
As of October 16, 2024 still have not heard from BOSMILLER about the replacement parts
This has been months of getting the run around with NO service
If I could give less than one star for my experience I would give a minus five rating

The communication was great when the original item I wanted was out of order. I love my chairs. Easy to assemble and looks great. They're very comfy and look even better in person.

One thing, the handle to maneuver the seat up and down is broken, but i don't need it anyway.

Sending buyers half a recliner thru FedEx and calling it a finished order is not normal business in the U.S. My Amazon message needs a reply fast. Or my bank will take your money away

All I can say is WOW! The executive chair that I ordered was by far my absolute favorite one. I have owned a ton of chairs in the last 20 years and i'm hoping this is my last one ever because its like sitting in a recliner in the living room...literally that comfortable. Shipping was quick and got to me in just a few days so that was great. Overall my experience with Bosmiller has been great and I would definitely recommend them.

Everything is good but one thing i want to mention legs size is so small. should be 5 inches atleast so that the sofa will look more good.

Great chair comfortable the back massager is great too! Highly recommend
