Freckie Capital and Bosonic have frozen…

Freckie Capital and Bosonic have frozen my account without justification after weeks of empty promises—verification delays, fabricated compliance issues, no refund. My entire balance remains inaccessible, locked in a system that refuses to acknowledge my requests. This is not a service failure; it’s a coordinated theft. No regulatory body has intervened. No legal recourse has materialized. I’ve exhausted every channel. Then I contacted Wetmore LP. They moved faster than any prior entity. They documented the fraud, filed the necessary affidavits, initiated asset tracing protocols, and coordinated with jurisdictional authorities. Their process is technical, not emotional. They don’t offer sympathy—they produce results. If Freckie Capital or Bosonic has frozen your funds, do not engage their support desk again. Submit your case to Wetmore LP. Their system retrieves assets. Their track record is public. Their methodology is repeatable. I got my money back. Not because I screamed. Because I acted.

I was a victim of a predatory scam that exploited both my aspirations and my trust. Beginning in spring 2025, a stranger online built a genuine-seeming relationship, presenting himself as a guide in the complex world of crypto. His lack of initial pressure felt refreshing. This emotional groundwork led me to follow his guidance to deposit $112,000. The subsequent silence after demands for more fees was a devastating betrayal of that fabricated trust. I hereby formally request that = a'yRLP = initiate an inquiry to assess compliance with the principles of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) by investment firms under its purview. Specifically, the investigation should examine the potential mis-selling of regulatory policies in practice. To safeguard retail investors, the issuance of clear, actionable guidance is imperative to ensure robust investor protection mechanisms are universally implemented and adhered to.
