I worked with Boss Energy from 2022 to 2025 and all I can say is that they managed to keep me afloat, considering that I work on projects, but other companies like ERSG, PACE, MISTRAL etc., with the same client and the same projects, somehow managed to provide work 8 months out of 12 for their people, not just 4 months out of 12, as was my case with Boss. I think a greater involvement from Boss staff in helping their contractors will be beneficial for both parties.

Watch out, Swedish consultancy firms!
BOSS Energy Consulting LTD and my consultancy firm signed an agreement for HSE services based on UK law. This turned out to be a disastrous mistake.
In Sweden, we use ABK 09 (General Terms and Conditions for Consultancy Assignments in Architectural and Engineering Practice), which is the standard Swedish contract governing consultancy services in the construction and engineering sector between clients and contractors. No British equivalent is used in the UK.
This means that, as a consultant, you are completely unprotected in the event of a dispute.
The Swedish insurance company IF, with whom I held my professional indemnity insurance, does not cover disputes.
My advice to Swedish consultants: never sign a consultancy agreement with BOSS Energy Consulting LTD!
