They have been charging 299kr from my account from the past 10 months and obviously without my knowledge. I simply only logged on their webpage ONCE, because if you don't put your information you cant see their adds. So that was enough to have 3.000kr taken from my account. It's a trap!
(as you can see they are aware of that, since they only choose the 5 stars ratings here to be answered and totally ignore the claims)

First, They say pay 9SEK for three days membership and without asking for your opinion officially by email or something they extend your account for another month for 299SEK and if you ask why they say it is your problem we said this in terms and condition part and you accepted! The only place that they know people wont read! And it is not the worst part about this website ! Most of the houses do not exist!! I insist this again the houses do not exist and the rent advertisements belong to many years back!!!
Just it is like throwing your money away

Dont make payment think before making payment twice, thrice
I will explain the process of this bostadhub, bostadshub.se website.

First, when you search the houses and select any of home, there is an option "View contact information",
To get Contact information need to pay 9SEK for first three days after three days automatically 230SEK will be deducted until you cancel the subscription (You need to wait for 24hrs to cancel the subscription).

if you forget to unsubscribe you need to pay 230SEK

After paying the amount You may assume it will be Phone number or email of the owner, but "NOT GUARANTEED" there will be an External link which will redirect to different websites like Studentlya, beresident,homeq etc...

When you redirect some of the links are not genuine and some links like HomeQ where you need to register yourself and wait in Queue.

Be careful while making the payment, even if you paid 9SEK, cancel the subscription within 24hrs otherwise you end up paying 230sek every month.

Thieves abd a scam. They show announcement from blocket and other housing companies which you can easily access without having to pay for it. Bostadshub has no contact what so ever with landlords, even though all of their annoucements are copied from other sites, still most of their announcements are outdated. Now how do they rob you...when you pay 9kr for 3 days then they charge you 299kr every month and you wont even realize it until you check your bank account. I paid for two months before i realized that i was being robbed every month. Do not trust bostadshub, it is a scam unless you love to give your money away to thieves.

I was very satisfied with the customer care. I had issues with payment and Mette took care of the matter without hesitation and made the refund.
