Box was torn up and looked like it was previously opened and returned. Ball was dirty. Would have purchase a used ball for half the price somewhere else if I knew I would get an opened box.

Durable, easy to assemble, delivered quickly
I was surprised with how quickly our Bosu ball arrived. It is a great tool we have thought of getting for awhile. It was easy to inflate and begin using. So far it is working well, seems very durable. We are excited to work it into our daily at home workouts.

Mixed experience

I love my bosu ball
I love my bosu ball. It was exactly what I was looking for. I use it in my home gym and it was a great way to incorporate balance in my workout routine.

No instructions whatsoever were…
No instructions whatsoever were included in the box. Nothing. I had to resort to utube for inflation instructions, height etc and how to use the pump.
I called BOSU twice for assistance. Both times after navigating the phone tree and waiting for about 10 minutes I was disconnected. No info. with
My purchase and impossible to get help by phone . All in all I should have five. You a “0” but I liked the product…so far
