Boticca is ok but really disappointed with the earrings

They just broke in my hands this morning, while putting it !! I bought it several weeks ago and took good care of it. This is unacceptable.

Uniquely awful!!

This has got to be the worst shopping experience ever! It wasn't just that the item never made it to me (stuck at local customs despite Boticca's grand claims) it was the awful customer service experience that followed. The customer service lady couldn't even be bothered to know what I had ordered, and kept sending me emails saying she was on top of things. I tried calling them, no one answered, I left a message asking to be called back. Finally I had to tweet them, Boticca and founder Kiyan Foroughi, yet no one thought that my custom was important enough for them to take the time out and call me. The drama continues 15 days on have finally asked for a refund to be told that it will be credited within 8 days. Still no phone call, no acknowledgment of their incompetence. Just an example I received an email confirming my cancellation and within seconds received another one confirming that my order had just shipped (15 days after ordering it). There is obviously a complete system failure at Boticca, but what is sadder is that no one cares.

Hate the handbag -sorry

Excellent service provided

I ordered a handbag which was great and as described on the website.
The surprise was the handwritten little card from the designer. It was a very nice touch.

A bumpy start but absolutely efficient handling of any problem by Boticca

I had earlier given Boticca a one star review because I was forced by DHL to pay customs duty. Boticca however dealt with the problem with efficiency and refunded me the entire amount paid.

I feel this is a company that truly cares for it's customers and actually listens to a problem. I would not hesitate to purchase from Boticca again. Even if there is a glitch, I know it will be sorted out.

The shopping experience was pleasant, but I was disappointed with the product!

I thought the description of the Small Antique Compass Black Dial sounded awesome, but I was pretty disappointed when the necklace arrived. It feels pretty cheap and my compass is definitely NOT one that "really works."

*And an update to this review...Bottica's customer service was brilliant. They responded so quickly to my issue with the product and sent a replacement right away. I'd order again from Bottica based on their service alone!

Fastest delivery ever

I was looking for a long time for the perfect bag to ride a bike and go to work with. Found this on Bottica "Mary + Marie - Apocalypse Now Shoulder Bag/Backpack
" and it arrived within two days in Germany. Would never have found it and even would never have received it (because the brand comes from Australia), when not having Bottica.
Made my first business trip with it and even got some compliments for it. Very happy!
