fast deliver and good product

Received all ordering products. Delivery date is not according the dates showing up when proceed the payment

I ordered from Boticinal a few times already. The website has good range of products and sometimes very good discounts. The preparation of orders takes some time. Would have been better if it was within 48 hours as it is stated on the web. But the courier service is fast and it comes well packed. In total I was satisfied with the service and definitely recommend Boticinal to others and will order again.

Everything was ok, except for the fact that one product that I ordered, Avene Cicalfate Cream should not be stored under 5 degrees Celsius, and the product was shipped in a MyRelay box and it stayed at a temperature lower than 5 degrees Celsius and the water phase of the cream separated from the greasy phase of the cream. I would recommend you to respect the instructions of the producer and not to offer this product for selling by shipment, as this product might get compromised, especially during the cold season.

My parcel were delivered to another point which has very bizarre working hours

I paid €9.99 in shipping costs to have my package delivered to my home. However, when the mail carrier arrived, he didn’t knock on the door but instead immediately left a note in the mailbox stating that I needed to pick up my package at a collection point. While he was still outside my house, I went out to ask him to hand me the package, but he refused because he had already placed the “no one was home” slip in the mailbox.

As a result, I had to pick up my package myself and spent two hours doing so because I rely on public transportation. This is very disappointing, especially since I specifically paid extra to have my package delivered to my home and not to a collection point.

I would strongly suggest that the company ensures its delivery personnel make a genuine effort to deliver packages directly to the door, as promised. This situation was entirely avoidable and goes against what I paid for. Given the inconvenience and the additional time I had to spend, I believe a compensation for the delivery cost is fair.

I have been placing orders on Boticinal for many years. They offer consistently the most (or amongst the top 3) competitive prices!
They always ship the orders promptly and I did not have issues with reimbursement in one occasion with an out-of-stock item.

Caution. Boticinal does not prove the originality of the products it sells. Order No.: B05454637. I have sent several emails to produits at boticinal.com and also to contact at online.boticinal.com requesting traceability of the origin and brand authorization of the products sold, but they have provided nothing. This makes me doubt the authenticity of the products. They simply state that the products are genuine, but they fail to provide a single document. Be cautious.
