Your first e-mail was sent at 25. aug 09:36, and We replied at 25. aug 09:41 - 5 min. after we received it. Our usual reply-time is 24 hours.
You're asking questions about why you haven't received your shoes within a few days.
In your order confirmation we inform about longer delivery time, because your order is shipped from our supplier, and must be checked at our office in Copenhagen, before it's shipped off to you.
