Bottlecapps has transformed our business. We were in-store only until we partnered with Bottlecapps. Now customers can shop our shelves online for pick-up or delivery or even just to get a feel for our store. They drive customers to our app/website with their social media content and give us many ways to interact with our customers. Bottlecapps is the future of the independant retail liquor business.

It’s an easy review to write. Because of the uncertainty of how our stores were going to be able to service our customers during the COVID-19 pandemic, we looked for online and delivery options. Bottlecapps offered everything we needed to sync with our POS. Our employees and customers find it easy to use and we continue to get positive feedback. Bottlecapps customer service has been great as well. Quick to respond to issues that come up.
It has been the option our customers continue to thank us for.

Offers great ability to create e-commerce platform for website and app. Need more ability to tie into Social Media. I would like to be able to tie e-commerce piece into Facebook and Instagrams that’s is where I produce majority of my traffic and content when marketing. Drizly has done this and they are running ads where you can order directly through IG . This capability is possible just need to explore how bottlecapps can connect. Also, the ability to be able to post content from social media to our website in a clean way that gives our page unique feel. Again, be able to have our platform talk to social media platforms on the technical backend would allow us to build our market place extremely better.

We really enjoy having our app app! To get your business on people's phone's is a BIG deal! Its the best real estate in the world to be on! Now customers have access to being in the store without actually being in the store! Also able to make purchases for pickup or delivery! To add on, the customer service is great! I have enjoyed working with them! Kraig and Choi have made sure we are getting the service we need and keeping things up to date

Bottlecapps has become very useful to us as a tool to reach more of our customers. The website they've provided to act as our digital storefront is simple and easy to use, and the management tools they provide cover everything we need to help our customers, manage and (when necessary) modify our online orders, and handle scheduling for our deliveries. Their support team is quick to respond when a support ticket is put in. They also encourage a sense of community between their users, putting out a weekly newsletter highlighting user experiences and offering suggestions on how to make better use of their services based on user feedback.
