I’ve bought most of the bottle mixes and not been disappointed with any of them. The brownie mixes are our favourites- so chocolatey. The mixes are so easy to make. The finished baking so easy to eat. Highly recommended.

We have bought these products in the past and have been very pleased with them.

Still not received my order over a week later when offered next day delivery

We love their baking mixes. It makes baking so easy that even a novice can do it. Plus I buy them as gifts for people and they come in plain brown boxes as to not give the surprise away.

Unfortunately some of my order came incorrectly, I tried to get in touch with the company but no reply. The product I was sent was good but not what I wanted.

This was a gift that was supposed tpo be delivered by sat. Unfortunately the delivery didn't arrive till the following monday .
However happy with the product

I ordered 2 bottled products which were despatched promptly but with inadequate packaging. Consequently one arrived broken. I immediately emailed the given email address with a picture but received no response until 8 days later. I did then receive a refund but customer service is too slow and it is concerning that the only telephone number available for the company is an "incorrect number" when dialled.

I have used this company quite a few times now and everytime the bottles are of high quality. They have really easy to follow instructions that only require a couple of ingredients of your own. You can always guarantee that you will get perfect cookies,muffins, brownies or bloodies every time.

Used to be great but have gone severely downhill. Have an inability to actually answer emails. Won’t ever use again.

You’ve asked for more details but the link sent doesn’t allow me to attach anything I emailed on 16th July for the SECOND time and yet again zero response. I have a screen copy from your website saying you’ll be in touch as soon as possible. Clearly not!

Prompt delivery and everything was beautifully packed. Great customer service when there was a slight issue with my order.

I’m more than delighted with my Kids Cookie Baking & Hot Chocolate Collection, however, more importantly, my 8 year old, budding baker, granddaughter, will be absolutely delighted.
The bottles look simply amazing; and arrived in perfect condition.

I’m a lifelong baker so was a tad sceptical but the Coronation Cake mix is absolutely delicious. So easy to use, no thinking required! Tastes like ‘proper’, buttery, old school cake.

Bought as Xmas presents so not used them yet. The parcel was quick to arrive and well wrapped. A link to the recipe was emailed earlier, this means you can make sure you have the extra ingredients needed, and can start baking straight away if you wanted to. The recipe is also attached to the bottle and are simple enough for a child to follow. Customer services were excellent when I had a little problem, sorted it immediately. Will certainly be using them again.

I ordered 5 cake/ cookie bottles and only 1 arrived. It took a lot of chasing to get the complete order. However once they were 'on the case' they dealt with it and even gave me a refund for the disruption.

Absolutely brilliant thank you can't to get started with the baking 😄
