Some problems with delivery but ”Bottle of Italy” made a new delivery after loss of package during transportation.

I do think it was to long time before new arrival, but I accept their apology.

Without previously being familiar with Bottle of Italy, I ordered a bottle of chartreuse from the company. Aside from the product itself, which is great, I was impressed with the efficient delivery (constant updates) and the excellent packaging. I will be ordering from them again.

Ordering was very easy; the site offers good info on each wine. Delivery took a little longer but hopefully that was caused by the holidays. Bottles arrived very well packaged and in mint condition.

Delivery took much longer than stated. Product over priced, and came in a plastic bottle.

I really enjoy my olive oil with lemon:

I have been ordering Italian drinks (e.g. Limoncello, Bicerin) and oil from Bottle of Italy for two years now. The service, including the delivery, is excellent: fast, reliable, the package is prepared carefully. And the products I ordered were truly exquisite. I am Italian and I use this shop to buy Christmas presents for family and friends. Always a great success!

This is the second time I order from this supplier and every time I am surprised by the quality of the packaging. Delivery time is respected and the price is really reasonable considering the transport.

I bought "Crema al Mandarino" by Giarola and "Liquore Crema di Melone" by Villa Cardea and they are very very good products.
Moreover, products were delivered quickly and I received them earlier than expected. Good job guys!!

Sent me a different product from the one on the product page and told me that was just the version the manufacturer supplies them with now. I'd be okay with it if it was just a change in packaging, like a new label or maybe even a different bottle design, but this was a full on different product with added flavouring instead of the normal version without any added flavouring like the one displayed and described on the product page. There was no mention of any added flavouring in the product title and description either. I contacted them about it, but they just told me what I wrote at the start of this review and refuse to do anything about it.

Update: They're now threatening to sue me for 'defamation' over this review, even though they're very clearly in the wrong here. Great company, guys, would definitely recommend! Not.

Two out of three cartons delivered. One carton acknowledged lost by the most unreliable carrier I have ever witnessed - DPD France.
After a short delay caused by DPD’s lack of co-operation with Bottle of Italy, choice of replacement bottles or refund have been offered by Bottle of Italy.

After returning from a trip to Italy, I tried in vain to find good Grappa in the US. Bottle of Italy came up on a google search. Their website was easy to use and they had the product I was looking for. They shipped my order within a day or so and it arrived several weeks later in very good condition. Shipping fees were reasonable and they even took care of customs. I highly recommend them for products you can only get in Italy.

I scoured the internet for a particular bottle of gin that I had at Duke's in London. This was literally the only site I could find that carried it. I had never heard of them, so was a little suspect, but figured my credit card had enough purchase protection, so I took the chance. THIS SITE IS LEGIT. Had a bottle shipped from Italy to U.S. and took about 8 business days. Reached out to customer service at day 6 and they responded right away with helpful information. Will 100% be ordering again. Got my bottles yesterday. Quick and cheap!

Company is having an encouraging policy with shipping costs. Orders over 150 € are shipped for free. I have made several orders and all of them were delivered correctly, swiftly and with care. My go to place for ordering wine online inside EU.
