Tasty surprise
Tried Bottleshot after seeing them on Instagram and pleasantly surprised. Not normal a fan of iced coffees but their latte was as good as the one I'd get at my local coffee shop!

Brilliant Customer Service
I recently ordered the tasting pack from Bottleshot after seeing some posts on Instagram. I did experience a few issues with the delivery but Daniela went above and beyond, to ensure my order was upgraded and delivered to me. This led to a very pleasant experience with Bottleshot. The coffee is really lovely and it is great to finally have good Cold Brew available in the U.K. I will definitely be ordering again!

You'll turn to drinking tea
First order took 4 weeks to arrive. Was asked to review it before it arrived. Had to chase multiple times, multiple emails ignored.
Finally order delivered and some gesture to make good for the issues was given.
Second order didn't show up after 4 weeks. Automated message asked if I wanted to order the same again even though nothing had arrived. Chased multiple times. No response. Finally was told the product was out of stock. But immediately looking at the website still being sold as in stock. Order hasn't arrived after 6 weeks.
I've given up.
No one expects to wait 4+ weeks for coffee.
Save yourself the pain - drink tea or buy your coffee from somewhere else.
How can this be a business coached by Dragons Den.

Apologies for the issues you experienced during your order, as a small business we always try our best to get it right, but we understand that we still have things to learn and improve upon.
We did try our best by offering you a full refund for your Taster pack order (2 cans), in addition to giving you a case of each of our coffees for free (24 cans). However due to stock issues, and delivery delays we weren't able to get this out as quickly as we would have liked, to which I sincerely apologise for.
As an apology for the delay in getting your compensation to you, you were offered a second free order of product, which you used to order an item that was out of stock - due to no fault of your own, that was not updated on the website at the time but has been amended since you raised this to our attention. We apologise that the automatic email we programmed wasn't sent out confirming the delay due to low stock, which is why I did offer to issue you a free replacement order of something else if the wait wasn't satisfactory.
While we completely understand that delays are unacceptable, we tried our upmost to rectify the situation. As a small business our resources are very limited, but we did issue a very large amount of compensation for the delay which I do want to underline.
Your feedback is appreciated, and has been presented to our team so we can use it to improve. Already our website has been updated to correct some of the issues you mentioned, thank you for raising them to us. I apologise profusely for any delays you experienced in ordering with us, thank you for time.

Great on the go coffee!
Great on the go coffee!, me and my partner ordered these to try and they’re a new favourite in our house!. Love the packaging and the taste is smooth and more ish. Gives a nice caffeine hit too!. Would recommend drinking chilled in the can if on the go or with ice in a glass at home. We tried the oat milk shall be trying the black coffee next. Delivery was very fast and all packaged well and with care. Perfect and definitely recommended!

I drive HGV's and have this coffee in my driving bag on every journey, great taste, easy to carry and keeps me going without the processed sugar type energy drinks.
Really useful when you're waiting at a delivery or taking a break on a roadside with no facilities and as a bonus tastes great

Once I’d had Bottleshot coffee, nothing else compare
I’m pretty fussy when it comes to my ‘on the go’ coffee, especially as I only drink oat milk but bottleshot is the best one I’ve had by far!! The coffee is so smooth and I would highly recommend to anyone.
