Thanks Trustpilot for nudging me to review. My experience was underwhelming. Their team seemed knowledgeable, but communication was slow.. to be honest after a bit more research I found that info given by the lady on the phone ( Helena I think? ) specifically around the certificates needed for a desired role I needed was inaccurate, tried to sell me course that was insanely expensive.

Glad I didn't choose them for training in the end... saved lots of money. Be careful out there.

I like the team suggestions especially when "working offline" while handling sensitive data. They are sharing knowledge therefore contributing to keeping the cyberspace safe.

For some time now, I'd been trying to break into the IT industry without much success. A couple of mentoring sessions with Helen, Andy, and Ed had equipped me with a realistic roadmap to land that first IT role. I really appreciate the time, insights, and resources you guys have shared with me. Cheers!
