I'd orderd a climbing harness as per spec. and it was simply too small, so they replaced it with a larger size with no fuss, even though harnesses were in a list of 'non-returnable' items

Boulders site offered a good choice of rock shoes at what I found to be reasonable prices. Ordering was simple and my shoes arrived the next day. The description of the product was pretty accurate and the shoes have been great so far. Just what I was after. I would say I am likely to use Boulders again in future.

The price was only lower by a few pounds but the delivery was free, I hate paying for delivery.
Parcel arrived within 2 days, couldn't have asked for more.

Boulders seems to be a company that really has its game on - I got some climbing shoes and some strapping tape, which were cheaper than all competitors, and arrived within 48 hours.

I couldn't be happier with the service, and the option to speak with people online is a fantastic inclusion into the service.

They also made no issue about accepting international cards, like some other online companies.

Although they have items on the website that are not available, you are contacted ASAP and the items they have are shipped within 24hours.

i knew the product I wanted to buy but needed to check out 2 sizes.easy to use website,excellent postage service,hopefully returns service will be just as good.

I wasn't sure about a kids harness I wanted for my 8 year old. But after having a quick on line chat with one of the guys at Boulders I was reasured and purchased it straight away. Will be coming back without a doubt.

It's a tidy website, easy to navigate and find what you want. The discounts and pricing in general is very competitive, and as orders are free over £55.00, if you're going to be buying a number of things, it saves you yet more on shipping. Orders before 3.00pm ship out that day, and in my case, arrived the next day. A highly recommendable company that clearly has a sense of humour too, if you read the shipment email ;)

Really nice colour t-shirt and it fits well (I think!). Had good customer service too from the 'Chat' service before I bought it.

Boulders is a fantastic online shop, i bought a pair of boreal jokers in size 14
that i couldn't get anywhere else and they were delivered very quickly and
packaged beautifully, i would definetely use them again if i needed anything.
