I have contacted the company many times by email, they have taken the money from my bank but haven’t delivered the coffee, would not use this site again. Suzanne

I placed an order with Boun Beans on July 30, 2025, for premium Ethiopian coffee beans with Track24 next-day delivery. Payment was processed immediately. Since then, I have received no shipping confirmation, no tracking information, and, most concerning of all, absolutely no response to my repeated emails and phone calls.

Their listed phone number is inactive, and the “office” address provided is nothing more than a virtual mailbox in Shepherd Market.
I am deeply frustrated by the lack of transparency and communication from this company. I am now forced to pursue a formal complaint through UK consumer protection agencies and my own bank. I strongly advise others to avoid this company—there are far more reputable coffee suppliers in the UK who value their customers and honor their commitments.

I ordered some coffee beans on April 20th. It is now April 28th and the have still not been shipped. I thought it was fast next day delivery. Granted we had a bank holiday but still 8 days and still not here. I have tried contacting, but they do not reply.
This is the second time this has happened and they just do not reply to messages.

always get what you order, if one of the packs in your order is damaged the damaged pack will be refunded (got a refund on a blue mountain once).

Customer services is also very quick to answer.

It can take some time to get, but that's always the case for me when I order internationally. Expected delivery time 10 days - 40 days (internationally to norway), with around 40 days only happened once. usually it's about 2-3 weeks.

only demerit/con for me that this site has is how often some of their products are sold out.

Ordered 2 months ago and still not received anything. Emailed to no response. Apparently they have a good product but I was unable to enjoy. Won’t last long in this environment at that rate!

I've used them for speciality coffee a few times and the quality, price and speed have been spot on. Will be using more often going forward now I've switched away from supermarket coffee.

Coffee is good but they blame royal mail for their poor service. It's now 8 days after they apparently posted it 1st class and I've not received it. Doubt I'll be using them again, which is a shame coz the coffee is good.

The coffee is very good. but, the service is abysmal. They claim to post the coffee on the same day of order if ordered by 11am, but they never do. It takes at least five working days to receive the coffee after they claim to have posted it.
