He was very detailed in his response to my question, he was veryprofessional, he responded to me with in seconds. I have to say with all the people I've talked to on balance nothing against anybody. I've had a few hiccups here in there, but the majority are very nice and very helpful but Genevieve was on it. I just have to say that I feeling very good about boundless and I glad I made the decision to use you for my K1 Visa
Customer service is everything to me as I own 2 companies. I would give Genevieve 20 stars !!!

Hello, my experience with Boundless was fine overall but we did have an issue with the information needed not being clear by the Quality Assurance dashboard area that says "submit to Boundless". Quite a few documents and explanations were provided, but we still received a request for the same info. Then we had to call and no one could help us, so that is when we found Kyra and have been emailing her ever sense as she has been the most helpful during this entire process. Kyra, she literally had to be God sent, because NO ONE could assist us the same and it was quite irritating trying get answers for clarity in the "Quality assurance" area while dealing with this. So thank you and please promote or give Kyra a raise, as she truly deserves it, as it's soo difficult to find great over the top customer service in this world nowadays. Have a wonderful day

It got to a point that my Husband asked if we were sure Boundless was legit. I told him yes and chat cpt informed us of multiple reviews that state time is wasted by company and I agree with this. If EACH agent could be as knowledgeable, caring and compassionate as Kyra, it would be soo much better and improve your users experience. I have not seen anyone as adamant on answering on time to an email as Kyra and we asked quite a few due to being routed back to the same questions without the details of what was needed being clarified. It was quite horrible and very time consuming. Our recruiter did help out at first greatly but I guess we has to be moved on to the application and get others in that area to assist. We called in multiple times prior and after our first couple of reach outs for clarity on some issues but no 1 of these customer service reps could help without asking the question to someone else and or no knowledge on even some simple issues.

Overall if it were not for the document area and customer service experience via phone, we would have given 5 stars. Hopefully our application can be submitted soon and my husband can get his work permit and license renewed, as the time is running out moreso due to the repetitive messages..

We had a difficult time getting everything together for a good greencard application, and Ivy extended our subscription by 3 months, as a courtesy of Boundless. They were very understanding and saved us from a lot of additional stress.

I had some doubts about the documents I needed to show and Daphne was very knowledgeable in the matter.

They are careless, they make mistakes in forms and they are not up to date, I would say choose other law firms as they are not capable to do good petitions and good service. After choosing them and paid them, I can not go back but I can guide other to choose may be fragoman, or manifest as they might be costly but they provide good service so i would not choose boundless for any services they provide related to immigration.

Processing a paper takes a lot of hard work but boundless got my back. All I can say is fantastic, thanks to my agent Ms. KYRA for always giving me a quick response and for handling me so well whenever I have a concern. I highly recommend boundless they did a great job. I'm Jenine I say YES to boundless.

The service is only good for someone with a straightforward case. If you have any questions or a complicated situation, then I would advise you NOT to go with them as their advisors have no idea what they’re saying. I have been wrongfully advised multiple times through out the process and eventually paid more money to get an attorney consultation that corrected all these incorrect advices. Eventually decided to just file with an attorney due to my lack of trust in boundless anymore, and even though they admitted that the information they gave me through out the process was incorrect. They still refused to refund me. Horrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone.

They are pretty helpful in guiding me to prepare the application. I realize they are serious and actively demonstrate their responsibility. That is true, it took a bit more time, but it was still worth it since the documentation will be quality. My preparer GENEVIEVE also nicely helped me out.
