Mines lasted 1 year before the mechanism snapped. I have tried to contact then a few times and had zero response. I just feel like for that price it should last longer than 1 year.

My necklace broke after only wearing about 3 times

I’ve contacted customer service multiple times
I’ve contacted them on every social media site heard nothing back from them , there website states it’s under warranty for 12months but you’ll be lucky to get a response from them

Absolute disgrace of a company, the item wasn’t cheap either

Shocking customer service. Had to get my credit card to dispute the charge on the end as item didn’t turn up for weeks. Then broke as soon as I put it on. Ok not expecting a replacement or even a response

Beautiful necklace but at least 1 stone fell out and I emailed them literally in the early hours of the morning as I was a wake with our new baby and they didn’t even acknowledge my email and it’s been now been about 3 weeks since I sent it.
Checked my junk folder and nothing.
Not impressed given that they aren’t cheap. Poor customer service. I wish I’d checked here before purchasing.

I received my bound necklace as a Birthday gift. After my Dad passed away my mum gave me his wedding band, but due to the size and the cost to have it reduced in size when I saw these necklaces advertised on social media I thought it was a great idea to have one so that I could wear dads ring that way. The necklace pendent is smaller than it appears in photos but my Dads ring fits perfectly on it with room for a few more should I wish. There is sparkle either side so that it doesn’t matter which way around you choose to wear it.

It’s not too heavy around your neck either and gives, a little jingle with movement. I would certainly recommend to others.

Bad quality and customer service, I have sent 4 emails trying to get a returns label and have had no luck

I tried to cancel my order straight after I placed it as I was informed that the person I was buying for already had the item I was purchasing. I emailed 3 times and had no reply.
The order was delivered so now I've got to send it back and no doubt pay postage to do so.

As a healthcare professional I would highly recommend this necklace. Arrived really quickly. Keeps rings safe with the closing mechanism. I had a different design ring necklace from a different company (almost diamond shaped) and my rings fell off that one. Really happy with this.

My necklace broke within 3 months of purchase and regular use, wearing mostly on occasions. It came with a 12 month warranty so I have tried to contact the seller to claim the warranty, I have tried multiple forms of communication and I have not got a reply. This unfortunately seems to be a common theme in reviews, and I greatly regret the purchase of such a poor quality necklace with non-existent customer service. Very disappointed as the ring holder necklaces are an excellent idea.

Never received my order even though it states 48 hour delivery.

Brought my necklace with 1 year warranty. Absolutely loved it untill it broke after 6 months. When I initially contacted them they said it would be covered under warranty and will send me a new one but couldn’t find my original order details. Since then I’ve been ignored despite sending all details needed to track my original order! Ive gone through email and all methods of social media. I’ve now noticed alot of customers saying the same thing which is a massive shame!

Ordered both the necklace & matching earrings on the sat & they were through my door the wed after. Cant fault the delivery service & quality of both products. Thank you. 😊

Hi, I have been trying to get some assistance with claiming warranty on one of my necklaces that I ordered from you. The necklace broke and although I have submitted a form and responded to your initial response with evidence of this as you asked for it I haven't received a response since and it it was sent over on the 28th of April. Please can I get an update on what's happening with this? My order number is 14762. Happy to share the photo with you again and to also submit evidence on my purchase but unable to get a response from them. I paid a lot of money for the necklace only for it to break and then get no response when I'm trying to claim under their warranty. The purchase was only made in November last year so it's well within. It's 1 year warranty and has been worn normally.

I loved my necklace when it arrived but after a few months it broke. They claim to have a warranty so have attempted to contact them on several occasions via contact form and facebook message but no response. I have seen other people comment on Facebook sales post with the same experience so clearly they scam people to think it comes with warranty to get people to buy it with confidence but never respond. Its a shame as after they fixed I had planned to buy more for my friends as found it so handy clipping my rings in but won't be now...

I was bought this necklace as a wedding gift and I love it! It is easily one of the best things I own as with work I can put my wedding rings on and I know they’re safe.
Great company great product!
Would buy off them again!

The delivery was prompt and the free (not quite) matching earrings are nice but I was a bit disappointed with the necklace; the shade is too yellow and doesn’t match other 18k items I own. They do the job of holding my rings so far; wedding and engagement.

Ignored by seller when tried to ask for replacement after the necklace broke in a few weeks. Defective product. No reply. Scam company?
