Hi, thanks for the honest feedback and sorry for the delays you hit. A batch of payouts was affected while we were finishing setting up our payment rails — that's now fully operational. Payments are processed Monday to Friday (we don't run payouts on weekends), so a request made over a weekend clears the next working day. On surveys: not every survey completes on the provider's side, which is frustrating, but real earnings do land. If you email your cashout reference to support, we'll trace it directly for you.

Hi Cindy, thanks for flagging this. Survey availability changes daily and depends on your country and profile — some days the provider pools are thin. Two things that help: fully completing your profile so more surveys qualify you, and checking the offer/task section too, not just surveys, since those often pay better and stay available. If you're seeing nothing at all, reply to support with your account email and we'll check whether it's a targeting issue on our end
