If i could go lower on review I would. The first said order couldn't process, so ordered again. Ended up getting 2 antennas and tried multiple times to return, called my CC company and said to stop payment. Well, CC said it was valid, but they didn't see my emails from Bousty where i had my issues. Now im back trying to get a refund. PLEASE do not buy from them unless you are certain that the 1st order didn't go through or that the item is what you really want. You will not get a refund. JS 11/22

This antenna is NOT what they describe. Missing parts. Emailed them to return, no response. Their phone number is outside the USA. Buyer beware!

Can’t return despite multiple attempts to contact.

Horrible! I tried the product and could not get any channels at all. Contacted them right away for a return label. I was told I had to scan again, and call them or send pictures. Done! Still no return label. Never ever buy from them unless their return policy improves.

I regret purchasing from Bousty.

I ordered a electronic device and am trying to return it. I'm not getting a return response, by email or chat. And the phone number that is provided is somewhere out of the United States. I wouldn't purchase anything from them. I know that I won't. I guess that I'm out of $50.

I have ordered before 5 months and I have not received anything. I was writing, calling, but no one answers.

I d appreciate if this could be solved, thank you
