Wearing a size 11, I ordered 3 pairs of socks in their maximum size 10-13. They are much too small and after one wash I don't even talk about it... I wrote to customer service and I received no response from them. Frankly disappointing. After research, it appears that the product is made in China despite the fact that they claim it is a local product.
Pretty normal socks, nothing special, cost too much for the quality even at 50% off.
Oh, since they are in rebate, you can't get a refound! How convenient!
They use the transport Transporteur : YANWEN, that is only in China, so it's not made in Québec!
Their socks are one size fits all (from 6 to 13 !!), likely made in China, not in Quebec. They show a photo that claims to be their Quebec team, but the photo comes from a photo bank. Impossible to know the composition of the socks. They claim prestigious magazines (CG, Vogues Hommes, etc.) have talked about these socks, but there are no links to these reviews and it is Impossible to find these on the web. They claim to have received 8000 trustpilot reviews with a score of 4.8 on 5. In fact, they did not have a single one until mine.
