Charged After “Not Renewed” Email – No Refund, No Response

"}
I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

Subscription number: 14115171
Product: Kaspersky Standard

On March 11, I received an official email stating that my subscription had NOT been renewed and that I needed to update my payment details.

However, on March 19, I was charged $29.99 for an automatic renewal without my clear consent.

This is a clear contradiction and shows a lack of transparency.

Additionally:
- The renewal price is higher than my original subscription.
- It is also higher than the current promotional price on your website.
- I contacted support and requested a refund, but I received no response or even a confirmation for more than 10 days.

This is unacceptable.

I request a full refund and immediate clarification of how this charge was processed despite prior notification that the subscription was not renewe

Peter and the Wolf

Good Golly. i subscribed to KIS years ago and i finally do a change for premium. but i also changed the related email. and now Kaspersky don't want to delete the old email and ask you to provide your card number in an email; and as you told it's not secure and very odd from a so called security company. you've been told sorry we dont want to change anything and keep your data against your will.
finally the subscription has been cancelled but i continue to receive emails on the wrong place.
last update, subscription refund and i got a new one for a good price and eventually the right email.
i’m sitting on the dock of the bay watching the tide roll away and i think to myself :the tendency is to have people telling you that your requests are impossible to resolve.
either we hire High diots or everything is done to discourage you.
here we have a case in point, which is far from rare, where data is stored against your will.

I Highly and strongly do not recommand at all Kaspersky.

(en français ci-dessous)

I Highly and strongly do not recommand at all Kaspersky.
A mistake occured in my first purchase, they advice to cancel, refund and redo a new purchase. On the second purchase, same product, I paid 22 € more...
2checkout says 'we are not dealing with the price". Kasperky says "we have not made the sales but 2checkout did".
Conclusion, if they can't price and invoice correctly how can they pretend to protect efficiencly against virus ?
---

Strong Malware Protection

Regardless of negative reviews, Kaspersky's protection services have always been robust. Fast full scans, easy-to-navigate UI, rootkit and spyware protection, along with heuristics scanning makes the software very reliable.
