Zeer onprofessioneel en klantonvriendelijk
Dit was mijn tweede bestelling bij Baktotaal en meteen de laatste. De stroopwafelstukjes kwamen in een simpele plastic zak in een doos, en die zak was óók nog beschadigd. Daarnaast had ik twee flessen Lotus Speculoos topping besteld die allebei maar een half jaar houdbaar bleken te zijn, terwijl dat elders veel langer is. Toen ik hierover klaagde, kreeg ik een bot en denigrerend antwoord zonder enige bereidheid tot oplossing. Ongelooflijk onprofessioneel en totaal niet klantvriendelijk. Ik raad dit bedrijf absoluut niet aan.
This was my second order at Baktotaal and definitely the last. The stroopwafel pieces came in a simple plastic bag inside a box, and the bag was even damaged. In addition, I ordered two bottles of Lotus Speculoos topping, both with only half a year of shelf life, while at other suppliers the shelf life is much longer. When I complained about this, I received a rude and dismissive reply with no willingness to offer any solution. Incredibly unprofessional and absolutely not customer-friendly. I strongly advise against buying from this company.

Non existing customer service, Very OLD product
They changed the delivery day without any notice.
Nuts are NOT fresh. They keep teir product in store for a LONG time.
Customer service doesnt exist. I have been waiting for 2 weeks now.
They do have a great website...but that's all there is...a good website and a team who couldn't care less about the client or the quality of their products and service. Very disappointing.

Sorry to read that you are having this experience. I also do not understand meant that it is not fresh, or that products are with us for a long time. I suspect it is a specific complaint. Have you contacted our customer service department? Our customer service team try to answer all emails or questions within 24 hours. So if you have not had a response after 2 weeks I suspect the email did not arrive. Could you perhaps send the email again? Or perhaps describe what the problem is and what your order number is so I can help you further. Because I believe that this review is not justified.

I've ordered here 3 times, Last time unfortunately my small sugar decorations were damaged and I wouldn't be able to use them. I've never had a problem with an online company solved so easily and quickly, with only the necessary steps. I got a new package, and they get a nice review! Very happy with the products as well as the service (you don't get this that often ;-) )
