Zip not great I knew it wouldn't last from the beginning and of course it broke outside of warranty.

Great looking bag but unfortunately the zip broke after about 8 or 9 months and is now unusable. Warranty only 3 months. Would not recommend for this reason

All I know is, it was worth the wait! It took maybe 3 close to 4weeks to get it. I live in the United States so it took longer with covid to receive my bag. The bag looks soooo beautiful in person!! The picture on the website doesn’t do it justice.
I already had 6 kids and this was going to be the bag for my 7th child. I never spent over $40 for a diaper bag, but this one just caught my eyes! It is so stylish yet so functional and soooo spacious!! I am able to pack for 2 toddler and my newborn baby for a day’s trip. The most important thing is, it doesn’t even look like a diaper bag lol! I received many compliments from strangers, families and friends. I first saw the bag from a youtuber call “Miss Rylee Jade.” I recommend watching her video to get an indept review of the bag. She sold me on the bag lol. The lighting and everything makes the bag looks sooo tempting to buy.

last purchase I made came in tissue and a gift Box. this came poor packed with sufficient stuffing and was squashed and crap looking as opposed to the pretty gift I expected ti be giving.

Beautiful bag, comes in a dust bag so can be stored and used again next time. Delivery was fast. The changing mat that comes with the joy bag ( not sure if they're all the same) is a good size and nicely padded without taking up too much room.

Beautiful backpack, quick replies via email to any queries - even at weekends! Caragh was amazing at putting my mind at rest as I thought it might be too big, it’s the perfect size!
Gorgeous quality leather (which explains the weight as spoken about in a previous review) I had a previous bag from another luxury supplier and unfortunately if you go for a leather bag, they are heavier - but also far more robust and last such a long time, so very much worth it.
