I found BowMeow on line when searching for a large bag of Pro plan dry dog food to be delivered as they a heavy to haul into the car. It’s refreshing to find an online company still offering a personal and friendly service. I still order on line but occasionally will call up or email and get exactly what I need quickly and at a good price. 💯 recommend
I have used Bowmeows for many years and was very surprised to read bad reviews here. There was a time when they had an issue with packaging but I found quickly rectified. Any issues I have had have always been dealt with and yes they may not always be there straight away but always come back and solve any issues in a very polite and professional way.My own personal opinion is that it is a super little company and I highly recommend.
Great service, received quickly parcel delivered by DPD so could track the time it arrived and didn't have to stay in.
Terrible customer service, just no answer from various phone numbers and no reply via email either. My order for dog food had delivery date as 24th June and now the 28th and not being able to contact them at all for any progress
Products arrive not as advertised. Packaging in poor condition with contents falling out. Order faulty. Customer service absolutely disgraceful! Bowmeows love to pass the buck to their suppliers. Had to seek advice from Trading Standards who confirmed that the customer holds their 'contract of order' with the supplier from whom they have ordered their goods. Therefore, the customer's supplier is directly responsible for any after sales queries. Bowmeows find every way possible to avoid any responsibility making the customers life a nightmare. You are sent round in circles taking as much time as possible and you never get your money back as they find every excuse as to why it is then the customers fault! Don't use them. You will regret it!
These guys are without a doubt the best if you want to order pet food on a regular basis. They have great customer service and free next day delivery if you order before 11am. They are the real deal! No faulting them. Well Done!!!
