The interactions that I had with the different members of staff were pleasant, with members of staff being on the ball and very helpful. There were several touch points in the process, each of which were handled well.
Once the payment had been made, the speed of delivery was exceptional. Pleased with the service, and would recommend the company.

We have been working with Bown Enterprises for a few years. Each time it was hassle-free and easy. Communication from request for quote to artwork approval to delivery have all been trouble-free. It is a well-organised company with staff on hand to assist you. All queries and responses have been prompt. Rates are reasonable. I cannot rate Bown Enterprises any higher than the allowed 5 stars. I would recommend this company without any hesitation to anyone.

We ordered 200 clic tin mints. The service was great, the artwork was accurately represented in mock ups, delivery was prompt and well packaged. The quality of the tins and mints is very nice and they look great.
