Thank you so much for your feedback. We haven't heard of this issue before and we will be looking into it immediately. Our website provider implements changes from time to time and, since this is a fairly new process for us, I imagine those backend improvements have created a glitch in the system. This should definitely not be happening and I will investigate it now.

At one point one of my lids broke and I found out through my local shop that I was entitled to a free replacement once, spare parts for many boxes in their collection are also available to order online.
