I don't like to give these fellas a negative review, but the communication has been poor from the get go.
My order is delayed. And 5 days after I placed the order, I received an email to notify me of this. Now it's a week later and I've received 2 Bring tracking numbers that both state the order hasn't been released from Boxbeers. I've been waiting for 24hrs to hear back from the company about what's happening with my order. Hmmm.
You guys need better customer service, better communication. If you are looking for a candidate to help you out with this, I know a few.
Hoping my beer gets here eventually....

Really good beer catalogue, good prices, fast shipping , good customer care.
Ordered 3 times from Boxbeers.com . Got my beers in 14 days from Danemark to Greece so that is really fast. They have a great selection of beers which gets renewed every week. There was a beer missing once as it sold out before I ordered it but with a catalogue so large these mistakes can happen. They were really quick in refunding me this beer after I notified them and the customer service is really friendly. I will surely order again from them and I have already recommended this webshop to all my beer loving friends.

Selection of beers is top! Maybe the best website in europe

Fast delivery. Not totally satisfied since a few beers was out of stock in my order and I got a reduced number of bottles. I wasn't told, noticed it when I counted the bottles.

This is my go to online beer store. They have a wide range of tasty brews and regularly gets some of the hard-to-get American beers.
