Amazing customer support. Got instant replies even in the evening with guidance on what batteri I should get. Ended up getting one that didn’t quite fit so the batteri couldn’t get locked, which was due to the bike being old so not there mistake. They offered me to return the batteri or sent a batteri holder free of charge, which I actually think is going beyond what they had to. Absolute legends, strongly recommend!
