Poor customer service and low trust

Product is OK - the videos show you just plug and play. In reality it uses your phone’s microphone to detect punches, which is very unreliable. Trust on this company is low. They will charge for next day shipping and when you don’t receive it next day, they will blame their courier partner constantly. Pathetic customer service. Will not refund any fees or anything, again blaming their courier partner. After seeing their other reviews in here, I should’ve expected this pathetic behavior.

Don't purchase from this company

I wish I saw the reviews before, but saw many celebrities selling the product on Instagram and thought it was professional, my mistake.

Poor communication, I've been waiting for 15 days and still don't have the product, despite the 1-5 shipping days noted upon purchase. Pretty poor customer service. Do not purchase from this company.

It’s all lies

It’s all lies, their shipping of 1-4 business days is a complete an utter load of s&@t.
Once they have your order forget about it.
They love blaming the courier but it’s ridiculous. Order now for next Christmas just to be sure

Postage Time Terrible - NO PRODUCT

Postage Time Terrible. Tried contacting customer service 3 times and still no response.

Advertised 2-5 days postage to arrive at my house. Its been 2 weeks and waiting.....

Asked for a refund 3 times - nothing back. Terrible service and NO PRODUCT!

Total Scammers

Total scam do not order from this company that advertises fast shipping it’s coming from China if it turns up at all which mine hasn’t! Give your money to a worthwhile charity instead of wasting it with Boxbollen!

Doesn’t even deserve a star

Doesn’t even deserve a star. Worst customer service ever. Why? Because they never answer your calls. You will stay on hold for hours. Shipping is a complete joke. Between the product and the ridiculous uni uni shipping you’ll want to pull your hair out. Never even received product. Peace of crap company

I wish I saw these reviews before purchasing. Don’t even deserve 1 star. Shipping is stated as 3-5 days. Ordered end of November and so far estimated delivery is 24 December. Customer service just full of excuses. Do not purchase.

Slowest delivery and worst communication

Please read and listen to these reviews before you purchase! Advertised 3-5 days delivery, took over 3 weeks and was for a secret santa so I had to end up buying something else. I emailed them and got a tracking number which said it hadn’t even been sent yet. Then they ghosted me, no response at all.
Worst customer service, slowest delivery and wish I never bought it and could get a refund.

Worst customer service ever received

Worst customer service ever received! They advise that the product will be shipped in 1-4 days, it will not. The return process charges a $10 restocking fee and the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. Knowing this I never would have supported this Mickey Mouse operation.

Don’t Buy This Product

I dont leave reviews however I ordered this product on line in November 2025 as a Xmas gift. I received a shipping/tracking notification with NO shipping information and an email stating 3-4 days delivery. About two weeks after paying online, I started emailing the supplier to ask for accurate shipping info only to be given contradictory information - I was told repeatedly that the product had shipped however the tracking notification clearly stated that the product was still with the sender. The email back and forth went on for about a week at which point I contacted my bank and requested they try to obtain a refund. Within 24 hours the product was in my letterbox. The product is disappointing, not worth the $44, it wasn’t worth the wait and it wasn’t worth the effort of chasing up the supplier regarding delivery or having to involve my bank. This is the only product I regret buying this Christmas.

BRUTAL service

BRUTAL service. Ordered for christmas presents and was supposed to have expedited shipping. It gas been 17 days and I still don't have the product. Now it too late to take with me and this was a christmas gift. They ship with Dragonfly which is an abomination. For 4 days in a row the tracking page has said it will be delivered "today". It's impossible to get answers from anyone. This company should have spent less money on marketing and more on getting the product into the hands of the buyers. Run, don't walk!!!!

Tracking number non-existent

I seem to be having the same issues as others. Says my order was sent on 9 December but it's 16 December and I have no parcel, and when I put the tracking number in (Aramex Australia) it says it doesn't exist. I think I have done my dough. Sorry kids :(
