Box Butler customer service has been consistently friendly. All customer service representatives I have worked with have gone out of their way to accommodate last minute requests. All delivery drivers have been professional and congenial. I really have ZERO complaints which is a welcome rarity in this day and age. Very thankful for your services.

My things come back in the exact same condition as when they left my apartment. We have been using Box Butler for 6 years, and year after year they always come through for our family!! My daughter used them throughout her college years at NYU, and just last week to move out of her first apartment and store all of her belongings, plus now furniture as well. Box Butler is 100% reliable--they've shown up on time every single time my daughter has moved--including after a hurricane, and the guys have always been so friendly, helpful and incredibly efficient. And everyone I've spoken with over the phone (from Scott the owner, to Chris and the other office staff), has always been so wonderful and accommodating. They truly take all the pain out of moving and make it simple and stress-free. I live in Los Angeles and I have recommended Box Butler to all of my NY friends and relatives, and will use them as long as my daughter lives there. Overall great service

Are stored with BOX BUTLER. The drivers are always on time...the boxes are clean and very sturdy. The staff is friendly, knowledable and available.What more could you want?

Actually only needed to store my 2 huge boxes for 3 weeks but every company has a 3-month minimum contract. I contacted a couple of companies and Box Butler's Chris really went out of his way to squeeze a last-minute slot in for pick-up the very day I had to fly out of Manhattan. Not only was it the most affordable with the best reviews out there, he even coordinated the delivery of the boxes to my new place in California. Absolutely hassle-free for the customer. If only every other service on earth is as seamless as this! Will definitely use this the next time I'm around NYC. Will tell my friends too! Recommend 200%!

They bend over backwards to accommodate, and their moving day and office staff are top notch. I would unreservedly recommend Box Butler to anyone. Customer since 2013, if it matters.
