I have been looking into solar for a while but couldn't quite get what I wanted from companies, either price was low but service was below average or price was too high and had pushy sales people, however i must say I didn't give up. I decided to give Box energy a chance and there is a reason for the saying "save the best till last" and they were definitely the best. Not only a great package but very competitive, non sales approach so they were not pushy and being a single mum i felt very comfortable. They stuck to their schedule and everything was completed efficiently, they also went through the process and made sure i understood what i was getting involved in. very please keep up the good work.

First of all im very knew to solar so didnt know much about it, the chap on the fone was very calm and even though he had to repeat him self he stayed professional. Iv got to also admit the consultant who came and saw me had soo much knowledge and explained everything in simple terms eventhough i asked soo many questions lol overall very pleased with box energy and i will defo be recomending-

Solar is something that I've looked into a couple of times previously, so when I finally decided to go solar I'm so glad I went for Box Energy.

Everybody I dealt with there were brilliant. The team in the office called me to give regular updates of my installation, and sent me emails to confirm everything. They dealt with everything, so all I had to do was sit back and relax, and now I'm saving money on my bills each month. Can't wait to get my first FIT payment now!

I am very happy and satisfied customer. Not many people say when a good job is carried but yet quick to criticise when something goes wrong. Boxenergy is a very professional company that gives you brilliant customer service from start to finish. Telemarketer to consultation very professional with explaining how the solar panels work and go through each step of the process and benefits do not push you they go through consultation and deliver what is promised not like many other company's promise and not deliver. What an Excellent service received from Box Energy. The service from start to end was truly Excellent and very professional from Telemarketers to the Consultant and Installation team, at every step of the way this was worked around my schedule, the whole process was clearly explained and made very simple to me. When considering to have Solar Panels I was a bit weary and reluctant as to how this would work for me and the benefits i would gain from this as I had been in touch with other companies who I felt weren't very transparent and didn't explain what options were available to me but once I got in conversation with Box Energy it all started to make sense and I became very clear on the benefits and various options they could offer to suit my circumstance. I felt everything suggested and carried out by Box Energy was in my best interest. I would definitely recommend Box Energy to anyone who is looking to have Solar or any other Energy renewable products for their homes.

The installers in particular were brilliant and answered all my questions whilst the install was taking place, and all up and running in one day! I couldn't believe it! Fantastic service all round.

An initial in depth explanation of solar panels and there many advantages.followed up by a painless and simple ordering process . The actual installation was carried out to an excellent standard by professional and experienced staff.
After sales service was outstanding, took time and effort to fully explain each and every aspect of the installation and how things would develop financially.
