Invoice no: #LHACAKVL-0001. Very bad experience. First of all, the company states it’s from the US, but the products are manufactured and sent from Pakistan. So they forward all your personal data to someone in Pakistan without letting you know. My boxes arrived partially damaged because they weren’t packed safe enough. I reached out to the company and they were sending me new ones without charge. However the new ones had a completely different color. The new boxes didn’t have the colour I actually ordered and paid for and weren’t matching with the ones from the first delivery. The performance of this company is not reliable. I spent around 100$ and really regret it. Also the quality is not the best, it’s paper like and not sturdy and the sponges that I ordered for the inside of my boxes have a very chemical smell.

I was hesitant as I found the company through a Google search. The quality for custom boxes, from the size of the box to custom log on the box, was perfect. Our sales rep, Chelsea was great. She was great about keeping me abreast of production and delivery, as well as double checking colors and layout to ensure the boxes were to our liking. The boxes were delivered exactly when Chelsea said they would be. They are not inexpensive and they are worth every cent.
