Super quick international shipping but expect to pay duties on delivery. Overall great shopping experience.

I love Boxfresh and have bought their shoes the past 9 years now. This is the first time I ordered shoes on-line from Boxfresh...and it will be the last. What I thought was a purchase of $147.13 turned into $289.89. The first mistake was my fault. I thought I was purchasing in CDN dollars but it was in US dollars...that one is on me. (The conversion was $200.42 CDN). Then I had to pay duties on my purchase once it entered Canada. The charge was $89.47. I would warn anyone wanting to purchase shoes from Boxfresh on-line about the actual cost. I know I will be happy with my shoes but I would never purchase on-line again from Boxfresh.com.

Was not expecting the $92.00 addition duty delivery charge upon delivery though:( Wish that was more clear on the website during checkout. Got a free back pack though and it is awesome:)

Beautiful Shoes, excellent Services

Nice shoes but the sizing is on the small size. I needed a size 10 in Boxfresh where I normally take an 8.5 in other makes.

Great service, very pleased I could return shoes in exchange for a different size no problem at all.

more clarity on shoe sizing being listed in UK size would be good for those who might think its US.

The service is good but tracking the shipment is terrible, they don’t update it as often as needed.
The website doesn’t offer Canadian pricing.
