I had my order placed since June 2025. It's been almost a year now and my order hasn't arrived. They aim my phone was off, while that is impossible. I order a lot online and never missed a shipment.

Contacting them with this level of customer service isextremely frustrating.

Once they said the order refund is in process, then they asked me to pay for the shipment again to have my replacement be sent and that I cannot have a refund.

Quality feel from the product. Time will tell about durability. Fit is a bit on the larger than expected sizing. Legs could be a bit more snug to prevent ride up. Shipping took longer than expected.

The boxers are soft, fit well, and feel great for the price. As a bonus, my wife says they look good too.

I have become a sucker for slick social media advertising without really looking into where this is coming from or how long it will take. ToneTec is another one and I happen to be in the market for underwear and dress shirts and so the ads look very US based but in reality these are just great marketing by a company likely based in China as once you order, they "ship" immediately expect it has to come from China and takes a long time to make its way here. They were bombarding me with tracking updates more than once daily and then it just stopped. I will update the review once I actually receive the product, but just beware that this is being drop-shipped from China and don't expect things to come within a few days.

I ordered the 8 pair of the silk briefs, it took over 4 weeks to arrive. Th sizing was way off my waist is a 34 and the chart says I needed a large. I ordered large and when they came in in they came in a 2XL and they were still too small. I've been in contact with customer support, They told me to donate the shorts they sent me and thy would send me new ones in the correct size if I would pay for shipping, The original order was $79.97 and for them to send me the correct ones in my size I would have to pay another $63.92 ($7.99 per pair) I just want to send them back and get a refund.

Well made boxers out of bamboo.Cool colors and vent holes on the sides. Fits well, XL is accurate in size. Wish delivery was faster.
