Not good for intercity shifting

I booked their services for shifting from one city to another. As much as I were happy while getting the quotation, and then booking too, it has been quite opposite and expensive at the time of delivery.
When the quotation was increased by 10,000/- in two weeks after telling its valid for 30 days, i should have seen the red flag then and there.
Anyway, i was still happy looking at the paid-looking reviews that y’all have on google, and the way you guys followed up for booking and pickup and final payment. It was good. Bubble wrapping, smooth handling (kind of), and super amazing staff behaviour.

But the moment the goods were picked up and final payment made, things changed. I was told i will be shared the driver and vehicle details. It was only given to me after me following up with 2-3 people who again were not available on call multiple times. Support number gets disconnected automatically, its a waste. Only Rohit is someone who’d be attending to you even during his leave.
Finally when the vehicle shows up, its only the driver and nobody else. No unloading done, it had to be done by me by arranging local labors in a hurry. Paid over 5,000/-.

So paid over 15k more than the initial quoted. And unpleasant delivery experience. To top it, no call support from Boxigo.

Such lovely behaviour till pick up, and such a behaviour after pick up - Not good

🚨 Is this what "End-to-End" logistics…

🚨 Is this what "End-to-End" logistics looks like? A horrific and unsafe experience with Boxigo. 🚨*
I am writing this to expose the absolute blunder and pathetic service provided by a Packers & Movers company named *Boxigo*, and to warn others before they trust them with their hard-earned money and the safety of their family members.
We paid Boxigo *₹36,000* for an "end-to-end" relocation of 16 boxes from Gurugram to Bangalore. At the time of booking, we explicitly confirmed that the boxes needed to be picked up from the 2nd floor in Gurugram and delivered to the 3rd floor in Bangalore. We emphasized this requirement because my younger sister was alone in Bangalore to receive the shipment.
Boxigo flatly denied our request to pay 50% upon delivery, demanding a 100% upfront payment. Believing we were paying for a professional, hassle-free service, we paid the full amount.
Here is the nightmare they put my sister through:
* *Forced Midnight Delivery:* The driver insisted on delivering at midnight, claiming daytime city entry restrictions. Despite our requests for a morning delivery, my sister had to accommodate his 12:00 AM timeline.
* *Refusal to Deliver:* The driver arrived at 2:00 AM and parked 300 meters away from the building, citing "low electricity lines."
* *Zero Accountability & Harassment:* He then told my sister to walk to the truck and carry all 16 heavy boxes to the 3rd floor entirely by herself. He explicitly stated that "drivers are not responsible" for unloading and threatened to simply dump the boxes on the street and leave if she didn’t sign the delivery challan immediately.
* *Total Abandonment:* At 2:00 AM, in a state of panic, we tried frantically calling the Boxigo sales and support teams. Not a single person answered. My sister was left to haul 16 boxes up three flights of stairs in the dead of night, relying solely on the kindness of her building's security guard. Boxigo showed zero shame or concern for a woman's safety at 2 AM.
*The Aftermath & The "Compensation" Insult*
The next day, when we finally reached their team, their manager, *Farha, casually responded, *"What happened, happened, we can't do anything."
Her solution? A "refund" of ₹2,500.
When I pointed out that ₹2,500 was the exact surcharge they took specifically for the 3rd-floor delivery service they *never provided*, she begrudgingly increased the offer to a maximum of ₹3,000 out of the ₹36,000 we paid, reiterating that they "couldn't do anything else." Refunding money for an unrendered service is not compensation; it's just returning money you wrongfully kept!
Now? They have completely stopped answering our calls. Farha’s standard excuse when dodging us is that she is "in a meeting."
Boxigo took our money, breached their contract, endangered a woman at 2 AM, and is now washing their hands of any responsibility. If you value your peace of mind, your money, and the safety of your loved ones, *do not use Boxigo.*

First hand feedback, everyone should read this before booking

I want everyone reading this review to note that what I am about to say is completely unbiased and written with the intention of guiding others so that they do not make the mistake that I made.
In this review, I will be naming people involved so that anyone who is assigned to them in the future can take precautionary measures.

Unfortunately, one of the most stressful experiences of my life happened with Boxigo. I opted for their storage facility, and one needs to understand that when we give our furniture for storage, it is not just any other set of goods — it is the heart of our home.

To begin with, BOXIGO DOES NOT HAVE THEIR OWN TEAM for packaging, transportation, or storage of your goods. They rely entirely on third-party vendors, over whom they often have very little control.

In my case, my furniture was handed over to RAJMUDRA PACKERS AND MOVERS in Pune. My belongings were stored in what looked like a small shop (photos attached). The items were stacked haphazardly on top of one another simply to save space.

1. No pest control was done, even though they claimed it was. I personally saw rats in and around the storage shop.

2. One of my mattress was dumped on top of a pointed object, which caused it to bend. After repeatedly calling the Boxigo team for almost a month, they finally removed it from that position. This is how they call it “storage”.

Even though the packaging was decent, it was completely negated by the way the goods were stored.

3. My fridge was covered with a red insulated wrap when it was sent for storage, but when I collected it, the cover was missing.

4. The table fan I had stored was taken by their staff for personal use. I know this because the plastic wrapping had been removed, there was dust on the blades, and the owner himself brought the fan from their staff room in front of me during pickup. I did not argue at that moment because my only priority was to collect my furniture and leave.

5. They did not maintain any proper inventory list. The system was simply: “ye side ka aapka hai, Wo side ka dusre ka hai” I could easily have claimed someone else’s furniture as mine and they would have handed it over. The same could have happened with my belongings. Because of this, I cannot even be sure that I received all the dismantled parts of my furniture.

6. The people working here are extremely lethargic and careless. They will chase you constantly before booking and ignore you as much as possible afterwards. I was assigned Rohit and Deepak, who were almost always on leave, vacation, or some medical emergency. Their supervisor Farha was at least responsive and answered calls, but with work ethics like this, I do not understand how Rohit and Deepak are still working there.

7. The packaging of my sofa, recliner, and mattress was torn, most likely because the staff slept in the storage unit. I know this because there was a pillow and a blanket there, and I am quite certain they were using my furniture to sleep on.

I trusted Boxigo to keep my belongings safe, but they simply handed them over to Rajmudra, where all these problems occurred. Because of this experience, I will be taking action against Boxigo.

I sincerely hope people reading this review do not have to go through what I experienced.

For this reason, I have now moved my furniture from Boxigo to Stownest, which has been significantly better.
