Terrible, terrible customer service. I ordered a jumper in May and they mailed me to say it was out of stock and I'd get a refund. After a lot of emails I eventually got a refund today (August) via PayPal that was £8 less than it should have been so I'm now back to mailing them again.
Placed an order and received the order. The order is fault and now trying to contact them regarding a refund, several emails sent and phone calls but no one responding. Avoid this company at all costs.
Order placed and money taken. After a few days 'out of stock' note (and apology) and Paypal refund arranged. After initial confirmation to expect refund Paypal said it had failed. Attempts to email undeliverable (tried twice) and no response to phone. Clearly this company is having major problems or has gone out of business so wisest not to make any payments to them at present. Annoying but sad also.
Order placed. Days later, cancelled and refunded.
No explanation. No apology.
They aren't a serious retailer - probably selling products they have no certainty they can supply on the never-never.
Bought an item from this company online had a problem with the carrier but they really went out of their way to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
