I didn't recognize the box Office…
I didn't recognize the box Office Ticket Sales e-mail and was afraid to open it. I recalled buying from Ticketmaster. ? The event was great. I enjoyed the new venue since I last was in Shakopee and a person rescued me with a wheel chair. I am more disabled than I thought and there is a lot of walking. Very kind people. Rent a lawn chair and sit in grassy area. I had a seat that was hard to get to with my meniscus and back/hip issues.

Unable to "accept" tickets due to faulty Ticketmaster email/process, which Box Office Ticket Sales sent me to, to get my tickets. After hours of stress and phone calls to both companies, I still GOT NO TICKETS. They both blamed eachother and neither would give me my money back. (My laptop works fine.) When I purchased these tickets, I thought I was on the State Fair box office. I was extremely upset that it wasn’t. I paid more than twice the amount of the value and bought them early enough to have paid State Fair prices. You ought to make it more clear that you are a resale venue. I would never buy tickets in the future from you. Please remove me from any of your correspondence.
