Delayed delivery and no shipping information
I specified the delivery date when placing my order. After placing the order, Boxon did not provide any tracking number, and the package did not arrive on the specified day. Moreover, there was no notification regarding the status of the package.
On the same day, I contacted Boxon customer service. They asked me to continue waiting, saying that the package should arrive in the next few days. After several days of not receiving the package, I requested the tracking number from Boxon customer service so that I could contact the shipping company myself. I received the package the next day after I contact the shipping company.
There is a significant communication gap between Boxon and the shipping company regarding deliveries. The performance of Boxon's customer service was also disappointing.
