Absolutely shocking. They delivered the wrong product and it was broken. It has been 1.5 months and they keep postponing shipment.
I have now seeked medical attention due to back pain of sleeping on a broken bed. The best part, they won't commence a refund and will rather give us two pillows to say sorry...
Please do not order from here, its broken promises and you won't get your money back.
Bought my box spring including a mattress via an auction website. I waited two weeks to finally receive an email as well as a text message asking me to choose a delivery date. I received a track and trace link in the morning on the delivery date. The delivery man also called 20 mins before arriving. He helped move all the boxes into elevator and to the door.
Altho it took quite some time to have the bed delivered, the overall delivery service and the quality of bed are really nice. Speical thanks to the delivery man that woke up so early and drove a long way to deliver my bed on a Christmas eve morning.
Don't believe the fake positive reviews. This company is a scam. If you reverse google their pictures you can see they're stolen from other websites. The beds they actually send out look nothing alike and are of extremely poor quality!
Excellent bed and also very comfy to sleep in.
