I have ordered the bed from this site 45 days back and using it since then, its top quality boxspring. I had to contact them , as they have sent wrong topper , they accepted the mistake and replaced the topper with in no time and they were very responsive over the mail . Both Topper and boxspring are of high quality for the best price , I would definitely recommend them.

Bed is very nice and comfortable ( Luna 160×200) , assembly was very fast ! I'm happy with it!!!

Good bed i like so much

This is absolutely a fraud! I ordered a bed from Belgium in September, 2023. It was never supplied! I sent several emails and the few times they responded it was the same deceitful copy and paste message that the good will be delivered on a certain week... . When we phoned, within the first 2 months they would pick up and say the bed is on its way. After 4 months of waiting, I phoned again and as the receptionist was repeating "your bed is on its way" I told her I was calling for a refund (I'd sent an email asking for a refund a couple of weeks earlier, but got no reply), and she immediately stopped pretending to be a nice fraudulent business; said she was busy and I could go do whatever I want. And as I said my phone call is to have you help with the refund, she hung up the phone. I called back, they didn't pick up and they never picked up my phone calls or responded to my emails for months. My money was kept in their business for almost a year! They knew they were not intending to deliver the goods they advertised, the scam is to get the unsuspecting buyers to pay and they keep using the money for business for as long as they can hold the refund back! They're taking advantage of the holes in the law, the law should compel fraudulent business like this to pay you back with interest! Well, to cut the story short, I had to go to the EEC; and they still delay as long as they possibly could to refund me, for months. I only got my refund 10 months after, and it only came in a day before the last deadline they had! Don't be their next victim, warn others about this type of scam, and do whatever you can to help curb this shameful act of fraud.

I ordered and got a bed delivered for my son in December 2022. 8 months later I reported to Boxspringvoorraad that the mattress has completely collapsed. They investigated and confirmed that they will replace the bed. As of today, it’s been 3 months and 21 days wait for the promised replacement. They do’t even bother to communicate and it’s up to us to keep following up. Order number: ORD62954

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever received from any company. Very disappointing!
