This business seems to have totally disappeared. If you click or search for any URL you just get a message saying "Error establishing a database connection"

If you bought a theme from them I'm afraid you have wasted your money.

It has been almost a year and there has been no support or reply. There are so many bugs, it would take a thousand hours to fix so I could have just started from scratch. If you look at the positive reviews, you will notice they are fake because they are posted days after someone posts a bad review and no legit name attached. The bad reviews all say the same thing, all of the bugs and no support. Save your money and time.

I bought this theme about a year ago for one of my client projects. But I found out that their FiverrWP theme is a scam after downloading the files and installing the theme. It had no features as it mentioned and full of errors. I contacted their support and there was no reply at all. Then I had to drop the project.

Suddenly, I checked their email today and see that they have replied to my email asking me to share the website address and admin details so that they can solve the problem.

What type of joke is this? Where does anyone find a support team replying after 1 fre*king year?

Donate the money to someone instead of giving them to these scammers.

You will have issues immediately after download and no support. Zero.

SCAM, WARNING!!!!

They stole my money. The theme download consists of a blank zip file with missing files and missing CSS. I thought what I was getting was the "nice sample site, which I tested (both admin and front-end)' what you actually get is a scam, blank zip file. Also they have disabled their website so that you cannot contact them and sending an email, you will never get a response. I am fighting to get my money back. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT - YOUR MONEY WILL BE TAKEN!!!
I think they stole the script to create the Demo site, and that is why the product is not available.

Also, the review sites that claim they are one of the best - they are fake reviews

SCAM ALERT. STAY FAR FAR AWAY. This is one of the worst scams out there. I bought the freelancer theme. It's infested with bugs end to end. You don't even know where to begin. The support is terrible. The guys don't even seem to know their own theme, that's when they reply. I strongly recommend against this ripoff. IT'S A SCAM

Serious scam. Many suspicious non-wordpess files. Do not give your admin credentials. Better yet, stay away!

Supporter is enthusiasm any question from customer. In case, buying or supporting function their theme reply quite quickly without customer wait too late.

Purchased before I saw the reviews and what a big mistake that was. Installed and right off the bat I found may errors in the theme. Links on buttons go to the wrong links and no way to fix without going through the files. Also if you go to there site they show a menu item labeled forums which go nowhere. They have a title called "how to setup menus" which is labeled a video. Again has nothing linked to it.

Over all don't waste your money

David, I would suggest, you send me a download link before I throw my bank getting to you. Be safe.

Well, trying to get a solution for a Freelancers marketplace site, I opted for the WPFreelance product offered by this company (a Wordpress theme).
My first impression was good, although when I bought it, they did not send me the download link until I notified to the support by email, and then they enabled the download.

Then the problems started, when editing and configuring it, the product is full of errors everywhere and when I tried to contact the support, they never responded in their Support Forum, nor by email.
I tried to recover my money through PayPal without success. Then I went to post a topic in the Support Forum claiming my money and oh! they eliminated my publication (they also don't respond my emails either) ... How is it then? Do they have time to delete complaints in the Forum but do not have it to support your clients?

The theme is nothing like their demo site. I bought their product. No service, no response at all. All the features you see in their demo site Probably there are most probably from Indonesia, and surely not from NY.

That's a scam. Their premium product lacks the key features of their demo site. Map isn't there, notification doesn't work, mobile version is full of bugs, front page is not editable and how come premium version comes with ads :O You will find bugs here and there.

Even they don't have installation guidelines.

They will reply your every mail and tell you they can do anything you require until you buy. After purchase, they don't care at all. You ask something, they will say "it's not included in our service". If again mail them with the previous email's screenshot where they promised something - then, they simply don't reply.
